The Ninth Information Exchange Meeting, is hosted in 2006 by the Valrhô center (Marcoule site) of the Commissariat à l'énergie atomique.

The conference will be held at the Novotel ATRIA, in Nîmes center, from 26 to 28 september 2006.

In order to give experts a forum to present and discuss state-of-the art developments in the P&T field, the OECD/NEA has been organizing biennal Information Exchange Meeting on Actinide and Fission Products Partioning and transmutation.

Technical visits of ATALANTE laboratories and PHENIX reactor (CEA/Valrhô facilities) and also MELOX plant (AREVA NC - MOX fuel production) will be possible on Friday 29 september.
They will include a visit of the VISIATOME, discovery and information centre on radioactivity and its future.
